Immediately after the Japan launch of Microsoft’s latest generation Xbox console in September I was tasked with art directing a portal site that would serve as a gateway to a range of online buzz and retail promotion activities. With the onset of the end of year holiday season Microsoft relied on their core First-Person-Shooter genre target audience as the basis for a promotional theme. The campaign itself tied many aspects including competitions, videos and influencers in the gaming world all timed with physical presence at the Tokyo Games Show. http://www.xbox.com/ja-JP/campaign/holiday2014/
